Aug. 16 - Sep. 15 Turn in print entries for Ottawa NWR photo contest. Limit 10 color or B&W prints. Age groups: 5-12 years, 13-17 years, 18 & up Adult. Categories: 1. Birds, 2. Wildlife other than birds, 3. Landscapes/Plants, 4. Photos taken at Ottawa NWR, and 5. People enjoying nature. 8" x 10" up to 16" x 20" prints, mounted with no over-mats or one over-mat maximum, no frames or glass. Turn in entries to ONWR office, Downtown Print Shop, or bring entries to the 1st TCC meeting on Sep. 8. Call 419-898-0014 for more info.

Sep. 9 - TCC Short program on lighting techniques, followed by TCC judging of GDCCC prints. Toledo Camera Club will be judging the multi-club print entries from the Detroit area.

Sep. 11 - Naturally Speaking program at Ottawa NWR. Sharon Cummings will do a short presentation on "How to Improve Your Nature Photography" 7:00 pm at ONWR Visitor Center.
